Our client, based in South London, is currently recruiting for a Tenancy Sustainment Support Worker on a 1-month temporary contract, with the possibility of a further extension.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £18.45ph PAYE or £21.65phvia Umbrella for this position.

The ideal candidate will be an empathetic individual who has previous experience delivering exceptional levels of care to homeless clients.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing 1-2-1 support for homeless clients

• Delivering floating tenancy sustainment across Lambeth and Croydon

• Carrying out assessments on clients

• Dealing with a caseload of 35 clients

• Creating risk assessments and support plans

• Carrying out weekly Health & Safety checks

• Ensuring safeguarding of homeless clients

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team

• Risk assessment and management

• Experience of supporting vulnerable people or groups

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Mon - Fri – 09.00 to 17.00
