We are currently partnering with a well-respected Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their growing team on a 3 month temporary basis.

Our client is a proud people-based organisation, passionate about providing great services and support to the people who make up their communities.

This is a full-time position with £28 per hour on an umbrella basis and the start date is ASAP.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Complete 6-8 stock condition surveys per day, with a focus on creating EPCs

• Enter all information on to a PDA to inform planned works programmes

• Ensure properties are WHQS compliant, and identify works to be carried out

Experience required:

• The ideal candidate must have a DEA accreditation,

• Access to their own vehicle
