Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Yeovil, who are recruiting for a Scheduling 0perations Planner on three months temporary – permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £18 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have experience planning/scheduling maintenance works on a responsive basis. Coupled with this, it is essential the candidate is comfortable on the receiving and making outbound calls.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Liaising with contractors and tenants on repairs that are needed on domestic properties
Updating excel spreadsheets with follow ups, appointments and missed appointments
Scheduling repairs on domestic properties
Dealing with incoming communication via telephone and email, ensuring all parties concerned are made aware
Ensuring all emergency repairs are attended and flagged if missed
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience working with customers within housing
Experience in planning/coordinating
Experience using OpenHousing/Optimize is desired
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 08:00/30 am-16:00/30pm
