Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Yeovil, who are recruiting for a Scheduling 0perations Planner on three months temporary – permanent contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £18 via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience planning/scheduling maintenance works on a responsive basis. Coupled with this, it is essential the candidate is comfortable on the receiving and making outbound calls.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Liaising with contractors and tenants on repairs that are needed on domestic properties

  • Updating excel spreadsheets with follow ups, appointments and missed appointments

  • Scheduling repairs on domestic properties

  • Dealing with incoming communication via telephone and email, ensuring all parties concerned are made aware

  • Ensuring all emergency repairs are attended and flagged if missed

Experience required:

  • Experience required in Social Housing

  • Experience working with customers within housing

  • Experience in planning/coordinating

  • Experience using OpenHousing/Optimize is desired

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 08:00/30 am-16:00/30pm
