We are currently partnering with a reputable Housing Associations, who are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Team Leader who are looking for someone to join on a two-to-three-month basis. There is a high chance it could go up to 18 months on a fixed term contract.

This is a full-time position with rates on offer between £24.00 and £27.00 umbrella (subject to experience) and the start date is within the next few weeks.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Experience required:

• Experience managing staff within the Housing and Lettings team
• Someone who is able to go to court level
• Has an excellent understanding on relevant Housing legislation

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
• Working in the office 3-4 days
