Job description
We are currently partnering with a local council, who are recruiting for an Investment Services Co-ordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a negotiable hourly rate based on experience (subject to experience) and the start date is immediate.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Experience required:
- Proven track record in providing administrative support and co-ordination in a similar role
- Experience of using data bases such as: Northgate and Keystone
- Experience of working with contractors
- Experience of working with contractors, tenants and residents to achieve agreed works completion within agreed time scales
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Effectively communicate with a wide range of people both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
- Aptitude to manage own workloads, plan and priortise to meet deadlines
- Capable of analysing and solve problems/issues
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of building construction and building services
