We are proud to be working with a Charity who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time permanent contract.

The role offers hybrid working 3 days from home and 2 days in office in Birmingham and also boast a highly competitive holiday package with the salary banding up to £35,000.

Daily duties will include:

• Providing a generalist HR advisory service

• Managing an ER caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management

• Carrying out end to end investigations, chairing meetings and attending mediations

• Supporting with restructures and the harmonisation of terms & conditions

• Preparing and issuing paperwork, including outcome letters, reports and document bundles

• Handling any HR projects as and when required

• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding matters with the support of the HR Administrator

Skills/experience required:

• Giving HR Advice

• Happy to get involved with all aspects of HR duties

Package/benefits:

• £30,000 - £35,000

• 36.5 hours pw (flexible working patterns offered)

• 30 days hol + bank holidays, rising to 34 days with service

• 8% pension contribution
