Job description
Our client, a social housing provider based in Buckinghamshire, is currently recruiting for a permanent L&D Business Partner to oversee their employee development team
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis, fully remote with occasional travel to Buckinghamshire. The salary is up to £44,520 and is dependent on candidates experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Managing the day to day requirements for the Employee Development team, with two direct reports
Building relationships with key stakeholders to continuously improve performance through learning, using customer feedback to improve process and practice
Managing and reviewing the training budget to ensure best value for money at all times
Identifying training needs across different departments and formulating training plans
Delivering training courses where required
Maintaining digital learning systems e.g. the Learning Management system and Performance management system
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
CIPD L5
Previous L&D experience
Managed a team
Able to multitask
Relationship building
