Job description

Our client, a social housing provider based in Buckinghamshire, is currently recruiting for a permanent L&D Business Partner to oversee their employee development team

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis, fully remote with occasional travel to Buckinghamshire. The salary is up to £44,520 and is dependent on candidates experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Managing the day to day requirements for the Employee Development team, with two direct reports

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to continuously improve performance through learning, using customer feedback to improve process and practice

  • Managing and reviewing the training budget to ensure best value for money at all times

  • Identifying training needs across different departments and formulating training plans

  • Delivering training courses where required

  • Maintaining digital learning systems e.g. the Learning Management system and Performance management system

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • CIPD L5

  • Previous L&D experience

  • Managed a team

  • Able to multitask

  • Relationship building

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
