We are currently partnering with a leading housing association based in the South Manchester who are recruiting for an Electrician to join their Heating team on an initial temporary basis.

This is a full-time position with an excellent rate of pay, negotiable on experience. A van and fuel card are also provided.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working alongside the Heating team to carry out maintenance on boilers and other Heating equipment

• Installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in commercial and domestic properties

• Tracing, diagnosing and rectifying faults using appropriate testing and measuring equipment

• Assisting with general repairs when required and helping with testing of electrics

• Updating systems, PDA’s and organising work-load to improve efficiency

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• 18th edition certified

• 2391 qualified

• Full UK driving license
