We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Somerset, who are recruiting for a Data and Investment Team Leader on a three-month rolling contract.

The position is fully home working, due to start immediately and the potential to be extended. The daily rate is negotiable up to £300 per day on an Umbrella basis (Dependent on Experience)

The ideal candidate will ideally have used either PIMMS or Open Housing, have worked within Social Housing and have an understanding of delivering Capitol Works.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Arranging programs of work alongside planned maintenance teams, and dealing with budgets

• Meeting with contractors over MS Teams to monitor programs of work and ensure they are completed within budgets

• Directly line managing one data analyst

• Collating and cleansing data relating to the HAs portfolio including relating to EPCs, and highlight properties where energy efficiency needs improving

• Seeking out ways to maximise the return on assets

• Ensuring data is ‘clean’ and invoices to contractors are closed

• Working closely with senior management to build programs and budget for New Financial Year

Experience required:

• Experience using PIMMS or Open Housing

• Social Housing Experience

• Working on Capitol Works Projects
