James Andrews Recruitment Solutions was established in 2009 by a small team of highly successful recruitment specialists who had a wealth of experience for other national and multi-national firms.

With extensive knowledge of all sectors across the UK including Social Housing, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Property Management, Education and Executive Search, we are perfectly placed to provide our clients with a comprehensive service which caters for their every need.

Our business was built with the desire to provide our clients with the most proactive, efficient and flexible service available. Through the delivery of our promises we have expanded rapidly, without compromising our service levels. This is a testament to our aspiration to provide the very best recruitment service with integrity, honesty and professionalism at the core of its business.

Our staff are highly trained and are specialists in their field, continuously able to demonstrate a unique understanding of their industries breeding confidence in the services we offer. All staff are kept up to date with any changes that affect their industries so that the services we provide are always the very best they can be.

We are committed to supporting our clients in all they do and through the provision of highly experienced contractors, consultants and professionals we enable our clients to secure the talent required to obtain immediate results. This commitment extends to our candidates to whom we offer a personal and professional service, where their search for work becomes our search too.

In June 2015 we were extremely proud to achieve the Investors In People standard at the first attempt.  We received an outstanding report and a recommendation to be re-assessed at a higher standard in order to reach Silver accreditation.  Companies who are aligned to the Investors in People framework can demonstrate that they put management excellence at the heart of their organisation.  Developed in partnership with accredited organisations and market leaders, it clearly sets out the features of high performance, and we at James Andrews can therefore confidently state that we are a successful organisation that is a truly great place to work.

Charity

Since our inception we have been eager to support as many charities as possible.  Throughout the years we have taken part in (or barely survived) Tough Mudders and Wolf Runs, sponsored walks, and half marathons, and whilst we aren’t able to do any “dress down Fridays” due to our relaxed dress code, we have braved the horrors of double denim at work (a good reason not to throw any clothes out, ever!).

We have raised thousands of pounds for charities such as Genetic Disorders UK (Jeans for Genes), Red Nose Day, and Save the Children (Christmas Jumper Day).  Basically we like dressing up like idiots for charity.

In addition to the above, we also wanted to dedicate some resources to a local charity that is close to our hearts.  Whilst there are so many things to support that are all equally worthwhile, our decision on which worthy cause to support needed to be reflective of our people.  During the early years of James Andrews, a number of our founder members became parents for the first time.  Consequently we have a relatively high proportion of staff across the company that are parents with young children, with more on the way always!

Therefore, in order to demonstrate our commitment to our staff we instinctively decided to support a charity established for the wellbeing of children.

We are delighted to announce that our nominated charity is Wishes 4 Kids.

Wishes 4 Kids was created to grant a wish for children and youngsters who are life limited, terminally ill, have experienced life-changing physical or emotional traumas, have suffered major abuse or are diagnosed as HIV Positive.
