Where are you from originally?
What drew you towards a career in recruitment?
I always wanted a career whereby people are at the forefront, so with a background in Psychology I felt recruitment would be rewarding.
What first attracted you to James Andrews?
I was originally contacted regarding the position so from having a look at the website, I felt James Andrews was a very positive and progressive company, which I felt would be exciting to be a part of.
Why did you decide to seek a graduate role in Leicester?
I decided I wanted to stay in Leicester following my degree not only because I enjoyed the city but I am set up here, so starting my career here made sense.
Favourite thing about working here so far?
The people within the office, I find everyone helpful, friendly and welcoming and have really enjoyed getting to know them.
What has surprised you most about being a Recruitment Consultant?
The role is very diverse, it is good because you won’t be doing the same thing all day, every day.
What have you enjoyed most so far about your day-to-day work or training?
Just overall picking things up and seeing how they are important for day-to-day responsibilities.
