Where are you from originally?
What drew you towards a career in recruitment?
It’s a vibrant industry, in which I’m surrounded by lots of other like-minded people
What first attracted you to James Andrews?
The employee benefits such as being able to have a sabbatical after a number of years, and getting a free gym membership are benefits that show how valued employees are
Why did you decide to seek a graduate role in London?
Having been at University very close to London, my friends all started getting jobs here, so it was the only logical option!
Favourite thing about working here so far?
The social aspect of the job, like having post work drinks on a Friday, and month end activities
What has surprised you most about being a Recruitment Consultant?
The level of nosiness required to pry in people’s lives. As there are so many variables that effect candidates when they’re considering a new job role
What have you enjoyed most so far about your day-to-day work or training?
I have enjoyed being thrown into the deep end when it comes to client calls and seeing how I have reacted to it
