We are delighted to be representing a Housing Association, based in Gloucestershire, who are looking to appoint a Tenancy Sustainment Officer on a 6 month ongoing contract.

This will be a 6 month fixed term contract, based from your home, with a salary of £28,000 per annum.

The client is looking for someone with a strong understanding of Tenancy Sustainment, who is confident lone working and as part of a team.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Working hours/patch:

35 hours per week

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

X2 properties in Wales, Caerphilly – to be visited every 2 or 3 weeks

X3 in Worcester - to be visited every 2 or 3 weeks

X13 in Gloucester - to be visited every 2 or 3 weeks

X4 in Cheltenham - to be visited every 2 or 3 weeks
