We are proud to be partnering with a nationwide Housing Provider to support their search for a new ASB Officer on a three month temporary contract to add to their established team in Manchester. The role offers £24.75 per hour via an umbrella company.

Our client is one of the UKs largest Housing Providers who have been providing homes since 1890. They deliver a great service through being the best providers in the housing and care sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driver’s license with access to a vehicle and recent ASB experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Responsible for working on low to high level ASB complaints

Completing witness statements with victims and interview perpetrators

Preparing cases for, and attending, court when required for evictions

Advising customers about possible tenancy breaches to give them opportunity to remedy the matter

Offering referrals to support agencies both internal and external, ensuring breaches are kept to a minimum and that action taken is a proportionate response

Liaising with external agencies on a regular basis, including the police

Experience required

• Recent ASB experience

• Recent social housing experience

• Understanding of Greater Manchester area

• Understanding of high level and low-level experience

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday – Friday

• Flexible hours of 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
