Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a housing association based in Surrey, who are looking to appoint an ASB Officer on a 6-month temporary contract.
This will be a full-time position, offering a negotiable hourly rate.
The ideal candidate will have experience attending court and have a Basic DBS.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a complex caseload of ASB complaints
Pursuing legal action such as injunctions and possessions
Preparing court documents and representing the organisation in court
Attending MARAC meetings and working alongside the police
Taking witness statements
Mediating in ASB cases to help prevent escalation
Advising the housing team on low-level management
Experience required:
Experience representing an organisation in court
Experience dealing with high level ASB cases
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Working hours:
37.5 a week
Monday – Friday
9am-5pm
