Job description
Our client is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor & EPC Assessor on a rolling temporary contract in South West London.
The position is due to start next week on a full-time basis. The rates for stock condition surveys are – £20 flat, £24 house, £26-39 per block. The rates for stock condition surveys & EPCs are – 42 per flat & £48 house
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting stock condition surveys and validating HHSRS on electronic tablets for social housing providers.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Conducting stock condition surveys & EPC assessments on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
Using knowledge and understanding of fire safety compliance including approved document part B
Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures
Experience required:
Stock condition surveying
DEA accredited
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
HHSRS
Understanding of fire safety compliance
Good communication skills
Working hours:
Monday – Friday
9am - 5pm
