Solicitor – Adult Social Care

We are currently working with a Local Authority based in Merseyside who are looking to recruit for a Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor on a minimum 12 month contract.

The role can be flexible in hours worked, and is also complete remote working.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Advising on data protection
• Offering guidance on court protection
• Supporting with funding
• Liaising with the NHS and other external stakeholders

Experience required:

• Working in local government
• Dealt with adult social services

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
• Flexible working pattern
• Complete home working
