​We’re currently working with a leading learning disabilities charity on the recruitment of a Service Manager on an initial 6-months Fixed Term Contract (or hourly rates available) based from their office in Tiverton, Devon. The position is due to start immediately, at a salary of £40,118 per annum FTE.

This presents a great opportunity to establish and shape a new service, overseeing a team dedicated to supporting individuals facing homelessness and multiple disadvantage.

The Role:
You’ll be the lead professional across your services, accountable for delivering safe, compliant, high-quality care and support. You’ll set the standard for your teams, ensuring consistent, person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and positive outcomes.

You’ll take full ownership of service delivery - driving quality, maintaining compliance, and continuously improving performance in line with organisational strategy.

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
