Senior Recruitment Advisor

We are currently working with a leading Housing Association based in Greater Manchester who are looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to assist with a busy period of recruitment.

The role is a full time role (35 hours), will be hybrid (2 days working from home) and initially on a 6 month temporary basis.

The hourly rate will be £24.99 inclusive of holiday pay.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the end to end recruitment cycle, and be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Handling the end to end recruitment cycle for roles within the professional services area – Finance, Legal, IT and HR
• Working with senior stakeholders and candidates, recruiting for roles with £50k+ salaries
• Supporting with the development of recruitment processes and maintaining systems
• Developing initiatives to attract a diverse and qualified workforce
• Ensuring full compliance with employment law, data protection and CQC regulations
• Maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and ensuring they followed correct processes
• Processing all vacancies and managing progress through the use of the ATS

Experience required:

• End to end recruitment
• Senior stakeholder management

Working pattern:

• Monday – Friday
• 00am – 5.00pm
• 35 hours pw
• 3 days working from home
