Senior Lawyer / Litigator

We are currently working with an accredited and successful legal practice with a strong presence across the East Midlands who are looking for ambitious individuals to join their Property Litigation and Contentious Probate teams.

Due to increase in business and changes within the team, there are fantastic internal development opportunities up to head of department or partner level.

Salary is competitive and dependent on level of experience.

Property Litigation

• Working with a varied client group, up to multi national corporations
• Dealing with lease renewals, terminations, dilapidations, boundaries and rights to lights

Contentious Probate

• Current work ranged from small estates of £300k up to £7m, however with new business streams this could increase to £15m
• Handling will challenges, executive disputes, I(PFD)A claims, CHC disputes and care home fees
