Job description

​Our client, based in Kettering, is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis assist the UK HR Manager in ensuring and implementing the operational delivery of the company and people strategy

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing employee relations casework including performance, disciplinary, grievance, sickness and absence management; coaching and supporting people managers

  • Recruitment activity for all permanent and temporary employees, preparing job advertisements and job descriptions for vacant positions

  • Creation of job offers, employment contracts and supporting documentation

  • Complete HR induction for new employees

  • Probation reviews – create end of probation / probation extension letters

  • Sickness and absence management, including liaison with line managers and utilising reports from Tensor system to support sickness Absence calculations & reporting

  • Liaison with line managers and occupational health for complex cases or repeated illnesses

  • Monthly reporting to Head Office

  • Act as key point of contact with Occupational Health supplier

  • Talent and succession planning
