Job description
Our client, based in Kettering, is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis assist the UK HR Manager in ensuring and implementing the operational delivery of the company and people strategy
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Managing employee relations casework including performance, disciplinary, grievance, sickness and absence management; coaching and supporting people managers
Recruitment activity for all permanent and temporary employees, preparing job advertisements and job descriptions for vacant positions
Creation of job offers, employment contracts and supporting documentation
Complete HR induction for new employees
Probation reviews – create end of probation / probation extension letters
Sickness and absence management, including liaison with line managers and utilising reports from Tensor system to support sickness Absence calculations & reporting
Liaison with line managers and occupational health for complex cases or repeated illnesses
Monthly reporting to Head Office
Act as key point of contact with Occupational Health supplier
Talent and succession planning
