Job description
We are delighted to be representing a not-for-profit organisation, based in West London, who are looking to appoint a new Senior HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC.
This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (3 days home working), a salary of up to £40,000 and 29 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (If the role becomes permanent then annual leave increases to 35 days).
The client is looking for someone with a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle who will be able to join the organisation and assist with their recruitment push.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing generalist HR advice and support to all employees and managers within the organisation, and acting as key point of contact for employment legislation and best practice advice
Managing and maintaining an effective recruitment strategy for the organisation
Delivering the recruitment process from start to finish including advertising roles, arranging interviews and issuing contracts of employment
Applying for references for all new starters and provide reference requests in standard format for all leavers
Supporting on low level ER cases (including disciplinarians, grievances, capability and absence)
Inputting employee information for starters, leavers and contract changes onto the HR (iTrent) & payroll systems
Experience required:
Working across the full recruitment lifecycle
Updated knowledge of employment laws
