Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Eastleigh, who are recruiting for a Healthy Homes Senior Disrepair Planner on a permanent contract. The salary is £31,607 dependent upon experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of legal disrepair processes, with excellent communication, IT, organisational and teamwork skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, meet KPIs, follow procedures, and demonstrate professional values and behaviours.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Allocate daily workloads, manage performance, and ensure KPIs and deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records, coordinate works, orders, materials, contractors and approvals through to completion
Schedule inspections and works within SLAs, manage customer communications, and ensure reports and post-inspections are completed
Liaise with Legal, Housing, Complaints, contractors and other stakeholders; chair weekly meetings and oversee decants where required
Monitor compliance, risks and progress, provide management updates, and produce monthly disrepair reporting
Experience required:
Knowledge of legal disrepair processes, regulatory requirements and relevant policies and procedures
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines and KPIs
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, maintaining professionalism and demonstrating positive values and behaviours
