We are currently working in partnership with a local government, who are looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer on a three-month temporary contract to start on the 22nd September 2023.

This London-based position will be on a full-time contract of 37 hours per week. This organisation is offering a heavily remote role that requires just one day a week in-office, with a negotiable rate dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of property law and experience in a similar sector.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting a busy Commercial Property team by being responsible for autonomously dealing with their own mixed caseload

• Complex and simple commercial property work including business licenses and land registry

Experience required (Desirable):

• Substantial experience in a similar role

• Exposure to CPOs

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
