​Our client, based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire is looking to appoint a scheme manager on a full-time temporary contract until the end of March 2023. You will be required to manage three schemes across Dunstable and Bedfordshire and access to a vehicle is essential to be able to carry out the role duties.

The role will require you to work 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.

The position is due to start as soon as possible. An Enhanced DBS dated within the last three years is required.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Responsible for the management of three schemes in Dunstable and Bedford with elderly residents aged 55+

• Completing Health and Safety checks across the schemes and ensuring all buildings were secure and safely managed for all residents

• Assessing suitable applicants for available homes within the schemes

• Providing tenancy management and sustainment advice to residents

• Managing cases of low level ASB between residents, finding resolutions where possible and taking witness statements

• Chasing tenant arrears and providing budgeting advice to customers when necessary

• Carrying out evictions and all appropriate paperwork in accordance with this

 Experience required:

• Must be a confident communicator, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

 Working hours

• 35 hours per week over 5 days Monday – Friday 9.00am – 500pm
