We are currently working with a nationally recognised housing charity who are looking for a Scheme Manager to be based out of the Balham area.

The contract length is between 3-4 months with the possibility of a PERMANENT position upon completion.

The role is a full-time site-based position and is due to start as soon as possible.

Our client is looking for candidates with experience working social housing sector and a fantastic ability to drive engagement and improve tenant satisfaction.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out risk assessments and welfare checks on residents

• Performing estate inspections and reporting repairs to the Maintenance team

• Monitoring and reporting any breaches of tenancy agreements

• Ensuring properties within the scheme are not void

• Resolving any instances of ASB

• Being accountable for Health & Safety and safeguarding at the scheme

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Experience resolving complaints or negative consumer feedback

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Awareness of and ability to comply with relevant health and safety legislation

• Experience working within a housing scheme

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:00
