We are currently working in partnership with a housing association based across West Yorkshire, who are currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager on a fixed term contract for 9 months.

The positions are due to start immediately on a full-time basis, with a salary of £23,119 per annum.

The ideal candidate will hold a full UK Driving License and an enhanced DBS, within the last 3 years.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Making sure all new residents receive appropriate inductions so that they are familiar with the scheme, scheme equipment and opportunities for resident engagement

• Completing risk assessments and writing out support plans, and reporting any concerns to the health and safety repairs team

• Promoting resident engagement activities within the scheme and in the local community

• Testing and maintaining the alarm system, and assisting in the maintenance of the scheme equipment

• Maintaining regular contact with Managers and Housing Officers and reporting any concerns to them

• Signposting residents to local services and opportunities that may enhance their wellbeing

• Encouraging independent living and integration into local communities

• 35 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
