Scheme Manager

Our client, based in Salford, is currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager on a temporary contract for three – six months. Our client is a highly reputable and ambitious Housing Association who are seeking an experience candidate to help cover a short term gap.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Managing an independent living scheme containing 100 tenants over the age of 55+ years old
• Conducting Health and Safety checks on properties
• Managing the waiting list, allocations and lettings of properties
• Carrying out risk assessments and support plans
• Working with tenants in order to help them achieve independent living
• Assisting with tenants moving into the scheme, settling them and offering tenancy advice

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience working within Supported Housing
• Experience working with multi agencies
• Support plan and risk assessments

Working hours

• 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday 08:30 am-16:30 pm
