We are currently working in partnership with a not-for-profit Housing Association based in Sussex who are recruiting for a Scheme Manager on a permanent contract. The position is due to start on successful offer. The salary is £27,713 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have an Enhanced DBS on the update service and experience working within a housing or supported living environment.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing approximately 40 units across 3 schemes

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the schemes

• Letting properties and supporting new residents to settle into their homes

• Providing a welcoming and professional service to residents

Experience required:

• Working within supported living environment
