Job description

​We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association in the North West, who are recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

This is a full-time position which can pay up to £18.00 via an umbrella company for the right candidate with a start date looking to be as early as next week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Working with and supporting clients over the age of 55+ within this own homes

  • Helping clients to live independently within their own homes

  • Checking fire alarms and emergency pull cords

  • Leading on community involvement

  • Carrying out regular welfare checks

  • Performing warden call and fire safety checks

  • Dealing with low level ASB

Experience required:

  • Experience required in Social Housing

  • Experience working with 55+ tenants

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
