We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in North Yorkshire, who are recruiting for a Scheme Coordinator.

This is a temporary job for the duration of 3 months. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up £16.00 per hour via an Umbrella Company. The ideal candidate will have access to a vehicle with onsite parking provided.

​Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Promoting client autonomy, decision-making, and confidentiality is prioritized, alongside possessing strong organizational abilities and the capacity to exercise independent judgment, particularly in urgent situations

• Assisting individuals in upholding their independence to ensure the optimization of their quality of life by providing support for their health and well-being

• Collaborating closely with both the statutory and voluntary sectors is imperative in order to guarantee that residents receive the necessary care and support

• Liaising with housing and property services to uphold tenancies and guarantee the effective administration of the program, its properties, and amenities

• Assisting customers in a manner that upholds their dignity and demonstrates a non-judgmental approach

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• DBS required

• Must possess efficiency in the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), including the capacity to send electronic mails, draft and produce printed correspondence, accomplish digital forms, and acquire proficiency in utilizing in-house management systems

• Must possess the capacity to maintain composure and professionalism consistently. Should possess a comprehensive understanding of the significance of confidentiality within this position

• 28 hours per week

• Tuesday – Friday, 9am-5pm
