Our client, based in Bristol, is currently recruiting for Scheduler on a 3 month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for this role is circa £18.00 per hour via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within scheduling, social housing and liaising with tenants.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinating and scheduling appointments for gas safety checks and electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) across the housing stock

• Liaising with tenants to arrange suitable appointment times and ensure property access

• Working closely with contractors and engineers to manage diaries and allocate workloads effectively

• Monitoring compliance deadlines to ensure all properties meet statutory safety requirements

• Maintaining accurate records of completed and pending inspections using the housing management system

• Following up on missed appointments and rescheduling where necessary to minimise delays

• Responding to tenant queries regarding appointments, access, and safety check requirements

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week

• 5 days a week in the office

• Monday - Friday, flexible start/finish times
