We are currently working in partnership with a highly reputable Housing Association based in Greater Manchester, who are looking for a Roofer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in both Trafford and Sale, with a salary of £33,329 per annum. Further to this a Company van will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Social Housing setting as well as experience working across a wide range of roofs, and carrying out generic roofing repairs.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out a wide a range of both roofing and flat roofing repairs

• Across a large patch of Social Housing properties

• Relaying slate and a wide range of tiles

• Installing lead flashing and chimney stacks

• Completing Fascia and soffit repairs

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• An understanding of working in a Social Housing setting

• A first-rate knowledge of Roofing Health & Safety
