Our client, based in Milton Keynes, is currently recruiting for a Reward Manager on a Fixed-Term contract for 12 months. The company is the largest and most successful in their sector and operates over 1000 sites nationwide. The reward manager will be responsible for the full range of cyclical and ad-hoc reward activities.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. In addition to providing an attractive salary package, they offer an excellent hybrid working model which only requires on-site presence once/twice per month.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector; however, this requirement can be flexible.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Acting as a specialist advisor on all projects/initiatives with a reward impact
Subject matter expert in job evaluation arising from both larger scale organisation design and/or ad-hoc review
Providing advice to the wider HR function and senior managers in respect of reward policies, acting as an escalation point for particularly complex issues
Support pay modelling and on an annual basis provide analysis and proposals for the annual pay review cycle
Responsible for the continued monitoring of external trends in employee benefits, making recommendations for change and continuous improvements
Management of the annual benefits budget for business wide benefits
Leading on all benefits renewals and communications in a timely manner and within agreed budget, negotiating with suppliers and establishing the best deal possible for employees and the business
Ensuring the smooth running of all employee benefits via third party providers, intermediaries and in conjunction with internal teams including Finance, Payroll and wider HR function
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm
