Reward Advisor

Our client, based in Warwickshire, is currently recruiting for a Reward Advisor on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis bur would also consider part-time option. The salary is up to £40,000 and is based on candidate’s experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector, however this requirement can be flexible.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Supporting the Reward Specialist and Manager to deliver detailed and accurate benchmarking analysis for key business roles, providing salary and remuneration package recommendations for new hires and internal moves
  • Working with the Reward team to review current pay schemes and reward initiatives to ensure they are still market competitive, drive business performance and in line with stakeholder requirements
  • Developing and implementing process improvements as well as providing advice and guidance making sure that all deadlines are met
  • Conducting data analysis to enable business managers to make fair, consistent and informed pay decisions
  • Driving Reward related projects as designated including Gender Pay Gap, Salary Surveys, Health & Wellbeing and Flexible Working
  • Extracting data from a range of sources and turning it into meaningful and easily digestible information for Reward Specialist
  • Supporting the Reward team on various BAU activities as required

 

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Able to extract and manipulate data
  • Reward knowledge

Working hours:
