Our client, a Housing Association based in Kent and South East London, is currently recruiting for a Hybrid Retirement Living Officer on a fixed term contract for 6 months. Our client is proud to have 20,000 properties across Kent, South East London and Essex and currently builds around 600 new properties each year.
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The role is paying £36,000-£40,000 depending on location of applicants (London weighting) and comes with multiple other company benefits.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience working with elderly residents, tenancy management and have access to their own car (must be willing to travel to all areas) to be considered for the role.
