Our client, based in Croydon, is currently recruiting for a Repairs Consultant on a 2 month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis of 4 days per week. The daily rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have strong contract management experience, ideally within housing repairs or maintenance services.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Act as the lead point of contact for the outsourced contractor (K&K)
• Monitor and manage work in progress (WIP) across the repairs service
• Oversee contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed service levels
• Produce and analyse performance reports for senior stakeholders, including the Director and CEO
• Track and manage KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the new service model
• Provide recommendations and insight into service improvements
• Work collaboratively with the in-house call handling team to ensure seamless service delivery

Experience required:

• Strong contract management experience, ideally within housing repairs or maintenance services
• Excellent knowledge of KPI management and service performance monitoring
• Proven experience in producing clear, insightful reports for senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience using the CX housing system
• Background in social housing, property services, or maintenance environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
