Our client, a Multi-Academy Trust based in the Black Country area, is currently recruiting for a Regional HR Advisor on a permanent basis. Our client is proud to shape the futures of over 12,000 children and adult learners, and is committed to giving children and its employees the best possible opportunity succeed and develop.
The position will have a summer start on a part-time, 30 hour week basis. The salary is up to £35,000 FTE, based upon experience.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, or working toward this requirement, and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and influencing skills.
