Recruitment Manager

Our client, based in South West London, is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager on a nine month FTC. Our client is a proud charity which is represented worldwide across 21 countries.

The position is due to start at the start of June on a full time basis. The salary for the role is up to £45,000 per annum and it is available on a fully remote working basis.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Oversee all recruitment administration through leading a team of 5 administrators and managing the offer and onboarding processes
  • Act as the expert and signatory on DBS and other pre-employment checks and for contracts as well as overseeing the applicant tracking system (eArcu)
  • Ensure recruitment data is robustly maintained in order that all statutory and management reporting requirements are met and provide professional advice on the development of all systems that impact on the recruitment systems
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes that may impact on the recruitment journey and ensure all roles are advertised and appointed in line with the current pay policy
  • Manage various project work including: safer recruitment, GDPR and privacy engine activity, policy reviews, TUPE in/out and co-ordination and inclusive recruitment

 

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Previous experience of using an ATS
  • Hold excellent candidate attraction skills
  • Be able to create and hold local relationships
  • Have a sound knowledge of the full recruitment process
