We are currently working with a Birmingham based organisation who are looking to hire a Recruitment Equality Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role is a full time position (37 hours) Monday – Friday and is hybrid with 3 days office working and 2 days working from home.
The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment and selection experience and will lead on ensuring that strong and proactive EDI practice is embedded in recruitment and selection processes and behaviours.
