Job description

We are currently representing one of the largest Housing Associations in the North of England, who are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for six months to support the full recruitment cycle.

This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (up to 4 days home working), and offers £16.41 per hour.

The client is looking for someone with proven experience of providing accurate & relevant recruitment advice in all aspects of recruitment activity.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as the key point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the entire process of any recruitment activity

  • Supporting hiring managers to create engaging and accurate job advertisements and specifications

  • Holding responsibility for the full recruitment cycle, from job authorisation to job offer

  • Updating and managing the Applicant Tracking System, keeping candidates up-to-date with every stage of the recruitment process

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment tools and platforms, ensuring that the organisation is getting the best value and use out of them

Experience required:

  • Proven experience of providing accurate & relevant recruitment advice in all aspects of recruitment activity

  • Experience of running recruitment campaigns

  • Utilising and managing an Applicant Tracking System

  • Understanding and working knowledge of recruitment and employment law

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week

  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
