Job description

​Our client, based in Halesowen, is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis.

The position will be based predominantly remotely with travel into their office once a week. ​

The salary is £25k, dependent on skills and specialisms, and the role is due to start as soon as possible. ​

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the education, health or social care fields.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Directly sourcing applicants via CV search engines and social media

  • Utilising various jobs boards, including LinkedIn and Indeed

  • Engaging with local colleges and universities to utilise the student base as a source of applicants

  • Managing applicants through the whole recruitment process from initial enquiry, shortlisting of CVs and booking interviews

  • Providing feedback to the Resourcing Manager on KPIs and metrics

  • Supporting and guiding line managers on their recruitment needs

  • Providing a positive recruitment experience for internal and external parties

Experience required:

  • Experience in volume recruitment

  • Ability to manage high volume of positions at any one time

  • Understanding of recruitment requirements and internal processes

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Highly organised

  • Good attention to detail

  • Process driven

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
