Job description
Our client, based in Halesowen, is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis.
The position will be based predominantly remotely with travel into their office once a week.
The salary is £25k, dependent on skills and specialisms, and the role is due to start as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the education, health or social care fields.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Directly sourcing applicants via CV search engines and social media
Utilising various jobs boards, including LinkedIn and Indeed
Engaging with local colleges and universities to utilise the student base as a source of applicants
Managing applicants through the whole recruitment process from initial enquiry, shortlisting of CVs and booking interviews
Providing feedback to the Resourcing Manager on KPIs and metrics
Supporting and guiding line managers on their recruitment needs
Providing a positive recruitment experience for internal and external parties
Experience required:
Experience in volume recruitment
Ability to manage high volume of positions at any one time
Understanding of recruitment requirements and internal processes
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Highly organised
Good attention to detail
Process driven
Build and maintain excellent working relationships
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
