Our client, based in North Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Plumber on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with social housing tenants, hold a UK Driving License and have generic Plumbing experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out between 10-12, 1st and 2nd Plumbing Fixes across a patch of social housing properties

• Liaising with schedulers in regards to planned works and working in tandem with a PDA system

• Undertaking generic planned works on kitchens such as refits

• Working with Thermostatic Mixing Values

• Responsible for repairing leaks

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
