Job description

We are currently partnering with a leading building & maintenance contractor in the North West, who are recruiting for a Plumber to join their growing team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Our client has grown steadily over the last decade, providing a full range of property maintenance services. Their success has been built on getting the job done right the first time and always keeping the customer happy.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity which provides a company van and a fuel card. The rate is subject to experience and they are looking for someone to start in October 2023.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing duties in occupied Social Housing properties to a high standard

  • Maintaining high quality timekeeping to make sure work is completed on time

  • Liaising and building good relationships with residents whilst ensuring the work meets the customer’s needs

  • Keeping work areas and work wear to a professional standard

  • Operating tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner

Experience required:

  • Level 2 Plumber

  • Social Housing environment experience

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Must have own tools to carry out duties

  • Must own a UK driving license

Working hours:

  • 42.5 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
