Plasterer

Our client, based in Wiltshire, is currently recruiting for a Plasterer on a four month contract, and are willing to provide a van for the suitable candidate.

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within Social Housing, and have a Full UK Drivers’ License.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

* Carrying out Plastering works on planned kitchen and bathroom upgrades, void properties and responsive maintenance on tenanted social housing properties

*Work largely on repair work, patch plastering and occasionally on large scale indoor plastering of all rooms

* Carrying out plastering and rendering in domestic Social Housing properties

* Undertake skimming and dotting and dabbing

Experience required:

• Social Housing Experience
• NVQ in Plastering or similar
• Understanding of Health and Safety Practices
• Experience using a PDA

Working hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
• Some call out work will be required
