We are currently supporting a national charity, based in South Birmingham, who are recruiting for a People Partner to join the team on a permanent basis.

Our client provides invaluable support for people all across the UK who are living with complex disabilities, to ensure they do not feel isolated, left out or unable to fulfil their potential.

They are looking for someone with strong HR generalist experience in a HR Business Partnering capacity, who is comfortable working at both a strategic and operational level.

They can offer a salary of up to £48,811 and a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 3 days home working per week.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Delivering a proactive, customer focused people partnering service to the leadership team, advising on strategic and operational people issues

• Leading organisational development and change programmes

• Coaching leaders and managers to develop their people management skills

• Implementing workforce planning, talent management and succession planning initiatives

• Championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and support the Head of Inclusion and Wellbeing in embedding effective local action plans

• Analysing management information to identify and make recommendations on trends and issues

Experience required:

• CIPD L5 qualified

• Substantial HR generalist experience

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Good communicator and relationship builder

• Strong employment law knowledge

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
