Job description

Our client, a leader within their field based in Sutton Coldfield, is currently recruiting for two People Business Partners to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are looking for proactive, pragmatic, and commercially minded Business Partners to support the business through a period of change and transformation.

The roles offer up to £50,000 salary with a £4,500 car allowance, to support travel to different sites up to 2 days per week to visit various sites across the business, and 3 days home working, as well as some great other benefits.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading on key change management initiatives including TUPE, redundancy, workforce planning, organisational design and restructure
  • Supporting the delivery of the People strategy, ensuring its in line with organisational objectives
  • Partnering business leaders in the design, scope and delivery of large and complex people change
  • Supporting and coaching managers to deal with complex HR issues, ensuring pragmatic and people centric solutions
  • Delivering key people initiatives, including talent management, pay and review, culture change, employee engagement and performance management

Experience required:

  • Experience managing large-scale change programmes
  • Experience working across multiple sites
  • Driving licence essential

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Can demonstrate critical and commercial when making decisions

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
