Our client, based in Fulham, is currently recruiting for a PA / Team Assistant to join their luxury retail business. The role is a full time, permanent opportunity, and the client is looking for someone with strong administration skills and a professional work ethic.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and Retail Director, acting as the first point of contact
* Managing diaries and arranging appointments
* Dealing with incoming calls, emails, faxes and post on behalf of the MD and RD
* Taking minutes in meetings
* Carrying out all clerical and administrative duties as required, including filing, faxing, photocopying and sorting post
* Preparing reports as requested
* Planning and scheduling team meetings and emailing action plans when required
