We are currently working in partnership with a Charity based in North London, which is recruiting for an Outreach Worker on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £32,000 per annum.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

 · Working within the outreach team to ensure young people receive a high-quality service from the point of initial contact to move-on and case closure

· Carrying out housing assessments with young people and referring them into appropriate accommodation

· Recording all contacts with clients appropriately and maintaining all relevant files and recording systems

· Managing a transitional case load of young people and helping them move forward and access appropriate services

Experience required:

· Outreach experience

· Youth work experience

Working hours:

· 35 hours per week

· 2 days a week WFH

· Shift pattern – Monday: 9:30am – 5pm, Tuesday: 5am-12:30pm, Wednesday: 9:30am-5pm, Thursday 4pm-1am, Friday: 12pm-5pm
