Job description
We are delighted to be representing a Housing Association, based in West London, who are looking to appoint a new Neighbourhood Officer on a temporary basis.
This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (one day home working), paying a competitive hourly rate dependent on experience.
The client is looking for an experienced candidate who is confident, dedicated and hard working. Experience working with those with complex needs is desired but not essential.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a patch of around 520 properties
Dealing with low level ASB such as noise complaints and neighbour disputes
Managing the introductory tenancy process
Attending bi-monthly residents’ meetings
Performing regular estate inspections
Reporting repairs
Delivering tenancy management to 23 units of rough sleepers
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organizational and time management skills
A thorough knowledge of tenancy management
Awareness of and ability to comply with health and safety legislation
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent computer literacy
Experience working within social housing is necessary
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
